Here are some smoothie ideas to get you started.

Creamy Blueberry Smoothie

This smoothie will definitely snap you out feeling blue 🙂
 
You will need:
 
  • 300g blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 13 sukkary dates or 6 medjool dates (or any other dates)
  • 200g of plant based milk
  • tbsp hemp seeds (or flax seeds)
  • 1/3 tsp cinnamon
  • Vanilla (optional)
Blend it all until creamy and smooth consistency. You can add coconut water or more milk if you like your smoothies thinner. I personally prefer them thick and creamy.
 
Top your smoothie with blueberries, banana and hemp seeds and enjoy.

This smoothie is sweet and refreshing – perfect for breakfast!
 
You will need: 
 
  • 250g strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 11 sukkary dates or 5 medjool dates (or any other dates)
  • 200g soy milk or almond milk
  • Tsp hemp seeds
Blend it all until creamy and smooth consistency. You can add coconut water or more milk if you like your smoothie to be thinner.

This is a dessert kind of smoothie. It is not only refreshing but also quite filling.
 
Great after hard workout!
 
You will need:
  • 250 g mango
  • 11 sukkary dates or 5 medjool dates (or any other dates)
  • 200g plant based milk
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • Tsp hemp seeds (or flax seeds)
  • ½ tspn cinnamon
Blend it all until creamy and smooth consistency.
 
When serving add some crushed nuts for an extra crunch.
